Since our beginning in 1994, our people recognized the necessity to constantly improve our products. Monthly Customer Satisfaction meetings are conducted to analyze your suggestions for improvements. Several features and accessories now offered with the M-Series are the results of end-user improvement suggestions. To achieve continuous improvement goals, we run an up-to-date Research & Development department where innovation is a daily commitment.

Gabriel Daigle
Director, Training & Technical Support Holder of a college diploma in Mechanical Technology from Dawson College in 1977, Gabriel Daigle accumulates training including that of the Purdue Scaffolding University in Hammond, Indiana, in the year 2000. At Hydro Mobile Inc., he was firstly, Director of sales for North America, then regional Director for eastern United States. As the latter, he selected and formed a team of sales representatives and finalized a strategy aimed at increasing sales and improving customer service. In addition, he participated in the development of the distribution network and in the training of the new distributors and the regional directors. A culminating point in his realizations is, he founded The Hydro Mobile University, elaborating made-to-measure courses for the distributors and users.
